「高顏值」泰式冰酥 搭珍珠、糯米融台灣味
夏天好熱，吃膩台版冰品，不妨來試試異國風味，在泰國擁有15家分店這家，插網路熱銷旗台北東區，以獨家工法特製的「冰酥」，顆粒細緻又不會太綿密，每一碗冰都需經由手工層層堆疊而成，在台灣開店，整個團隊一半是泰國人，跟台灣夥伴一起打造品牌，也在冰品加入珍珠，迎合台灣人口味！
泰式奶茶雪花冰，擠上鮮奶油，搭黑豆點綴，淋上煉乳，以及台灣人不陌生的珍珠杏仁片端上桌，變成超高顏值冰品，混和配料入口。
記者陳韻涵：「另外一種吃法呢，店家還特別製作小卡片教學，就是將冰的中央挖一個洞之後呢，再淋上自己喜歡的醬料(配料)一起吃。」
來自泰國清邁品牌，更道地的，還有這，芋圓淋上鹹蛋黃醬，往底層挖，一條條椰肉，藏在裡面。
冰品店行銷Emmy：「泰文叫做Bualoy(鹹蛋黃椰汁冰酥)，那Bualoy就是我們傳統的甜點，就是我們平常都跟椰汁一起吃。」
民眾：「就是剛好你吃到一半，一半滿多的時候，就是發現味道好像一直重複時候，突然出現一個新的(配料)，就覺得滿特別的。」
民眾：「很像奶茶的冰味道，茶味很重。」
季節限定芒果冰酥，則是搭配糯米，吃得到混搭口感。這家在泰國起家，目前已經有15間分店，而創辦人是清邁，年僅27歲的法律系畢業生，2年前說服家人創業!
冰品店發言人Emmy：「(創辦人碰到)人在清邁的，台灣的朱先生，然後朱先生就看到泰國冰店，就很喜歡泰國冰店的甜品，跟店內的風格。」
因緣巧合，去年引進台灣，插旗在東區開店，而談到創辦人的這位年輕行銷，也是泰國人。
冰品店發言人Emmy：「我就是來這邊逛街，就是聽到泰國歌，所以我就順便來問一問有沒有缺人，因為我有興趣(加入)。」
在台的團隊一半是泰國人，結合兩國文化，不同創意，一同發想，把看似不搭嘎的配料，搭配改良，打造好拍又好吃的消暑聖品！
三星被控違反企業倫理 法國非政府組織提告
法國2個非政府組織今天表示，智慧型手機大廠三星電子公司可能在法國面臨審判，原因是當地維權人士投訴三星未遵守企業倫理，像是雇用未成年勞工、工作條件危險等。
非政府組織「雪巴」（Sherpa）和「法國行動救援-人民團結」（Action AiCP值爆表禮物d France-Peuples Solidaires）表示，已在巴黎對三星電子（Samsung Electronics）法國子公司提告。
這2個法國壓力團體指出，三星相關舉動違反其在官方網站所做的承諾。多個非政府組織曾對三星的中國、南韓和越南部分工廠提出侵害人權的指控。
這些非政府組織認為，這些承諾與其行銷工作同樣受法律約束，所以三星已違反承諾。
這2個非政府組織依據人權團體「中國勞工觀察」（China Labor Watch）提供的資訊指出，三星被控雇用年紀低於16歲員工、員工住宿和工作條件不符合人性尊嚴的基本條件，讓員工處於危險之中。（中央社）
